Koodoo Gear is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs issues, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and warranty coverage are governed by our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.

Warranty remedies, including repair, replacement, or refund, are provided at Koodoo Gear’s sole discretion.

7. Product Safety and Assembly

Certain products sold by Koodoo Gear, including the Koodoo Traction Chair, require proper assembly and responsible use.

8. Weight Capacity Disclaimer

The Koodoo Traction Chair is designed with a maximum weight capacity of 250 pounds.

Exceeding the stated weight limit may result in product failure, injury, or property damage.

Use beyond the specified capacity is at the user’s sole risk.

9. Assumption of Risk

By assembling, using, transporting, or permitting others to use any Koodoo Gear product, you acknowledge that outdoor and recreational products may involve inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

  • Misuse
  • Product modification
  • Exceeding weight limits
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Failure to inspect products before use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koodoo Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of products
  • Product misuse
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption

If liability is imposed despite these limitations, Koodoo Gear’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

17. Arbitration Agreement

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
