Koodoo LLC, doing business as Koodoo Gear (“Koodoo Gear,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to providing a positive customer experience. The following policies govern shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty claims for products purchased directly from KoodooGear.com.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, inventory audits, or other periods of unusually high demand.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.


Shipping Methods

Koodoo Gear currently ships within the United States using trusted carriers, including UPS and other carriers selected at our discretion.

Shipping methods and available services may vary depending on destination and order size.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

Koodoo Gear does not currently offer a free shipping threshold.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Koodoo Gear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Koodoo Gear is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.


Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, Koodoo Gear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery.

Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities regarding theft or delivery issues.

If a package appears lost in transit and tracking has not been updated for ten (10) business days, please contact us at info@koodoogear.com. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation where appropriate.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs immediately.
  2. Retain all packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.


Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by use, misuse, or improper assembly

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused for:

  • Used products
  • Modified products
  • Damaged products
  • Products missing components
  • Products returned outside the return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

Return Authorization

Koodoo Gear may require photographs, proof of purchase, or additional information before authorizing a return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped; or
  • The product is determined to have a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, Koodoo Gear will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Financial institutions may require additional time before funds appear in customer accounts.


Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

Koodoo Gear warrants that products purchased directly from KoodooGear.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.


Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Workmanship defects

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Improper assembly
  • Product modification
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Commercial use
  • Negligence
  • Accidents
  • Exposure to extreme conditions beyond intended use
  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions

Koodoo Traction Chair Weight Capacity

The Koodoo Traction Chair has a maximum recommended weight capacity of 250 pounds.

Damage resulting from exceeding the stated weight limit is not covered by warranty.


Warranty Claims

Please include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of issue
  • Photographs when applicable

Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim.


Warranty Remedies

If Koodoo Gear determines that a valid warranty claim exists, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace affected components
  • Issue a refund

The selected remedy will be determined based on product condition, inventory availability, and other relevant factors.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

Koodoo Gear reserves the right to determine responsibility for shipping costs associated with warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.


Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly provided in this Warranty Policy, Koodoo Gear makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
